Coconuts closes the Midigama run before the road bends towards Weligama. It is the most exposed of the four: nothing shelters it from cross-shore wind, so it is the first one you cross off when the breeze gets up during the day.
In exchange it holds size better than Lazy Left. On the days the swell builds and the other three go messy, this is where you go.
Few people on it even when it is working, which on this coast is worth noting twice. Reef and rock like its neighbours: you come here to surf reef, not to meet it.
