Peanut Farm is south of the bay, at the end of a track few people fancy taking, and that is what keeps it empty. A right point in two sections: a softer inside and a longer wall further out.
August is its best month, and it is worth two days of a week where the swell and the wind land together. Better than Whiskey Point, and the best figure of the four points.
It wants a westerly wind where the Main Point wants north-north-west, so the two are rarely good on the same day. That is precisely why a camp based here can fill a week.

A month in figures
In August, the month the forecast guides single out for this coast:
Shares of the month, from the published forecast statistics. The model reads a grid, so neighbouring breaks share a figure: this describes a stretch of coast, not this wave on its own. The other eleven months are not published.
What to watch for
No guide names a hazard here. That is not the same as safe.
Technical figures read off published surf guides. Where two disagree, the sheet says so.
